- The rental of the sheets which can be upon arrival (€15 per person and per week)
- Deposit to be paid on arrival: €200. Fully refundable upon check-out after inventory and inspection of the apartment’s condition
Optional services
- Private car park: €10 per day, €45 per week
- TV (TNT): €10 per day, €25 per week. Free of charge in the two-room apartments

- Animals (dogs must be kept on a leash in all public parts of the residence): €45 per week per Dogs from 1st and 2nd categories are not accepted

All our apartments are non-smoking except on the balconies. Failure to comply with these provisions will result in the billing of €55 minimum for deodorisation as well as costs related to the unavailability of the apartment for rent.
