Our two swimming pools are open from April to October. The ground floor pool also has a wading pool. The rooftop panoramic swimming pool offers a breathtaking view of Fort Carré, the marina, and the Old Town. Its sundeck invites you to enjoy the most beautiful hours of the day.
Reception
RESIDÉAL Antibes welcomes you 7 days a week all year round. Reception staff is on duty 24 hours a day.
Underground parking
Our underground garage is accessible from outside with a code, as well as from the reception.
Bar
Situated between the reception and the garden, our bar and its library are an invitation to relax.
Fitness area

Main features
RESIDÉAL Antibes comprises 131 studios and apartments in a five-storey building with lifts. There are: studios for 2 people, studios for 4 people, and two-room apartments for up to 5 people.
All the apartments have a balcony or a terrace. The entrance to the residence is equipped with an access ramp for people with reduced mobility. Four studios are specially designed for them.

- studios for 2 people: living room with one sofa bed for 2 people (160 cm x 195 cm)
- studios for 4 people: living room with one sofa bed for 2 people (160 cm x 195 cm) + alcove with 2 bunk beds (80 cm)
- two-room apartments for up to 5 people: living room with one sofa bed for 2 people (160 cm x 195 cm). Alcove with 1 single bed (80 cm) and separate bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm)

Rental mode / Hotel mode
RESIDÉAL Antibes welcomes you all year round. In rental mode, bedding and cleaning products are provided to you on your arrival. A paid cleaning service is also available. In hotel mode, cleaning is done daily. Buffet breakfast is optional.
